Requirements: Current high schools seniors
- incoming freshmen (Fall 2014), GED recipients, current undergraduates that
posses a 2.5 GPA or higher in their intended field of study. At least one parent who immigrated to the
United States
- Lived with parents or guardians while attending high school in Illinois
- Attended school in Illinois for at least 3 years and received a diploma and or obtained a G.E.D.
